Bobby Perkins

Bobby D. Perkins, 79, husband of Cheryl Perkins, passed away on Wednesday, April 29, 2020. He was born in Lancaster, Garrard County, on June 12, 1940 to the late Terry and Dorothy Long Perkins. He worked for the University of Kentucky as a heavy equipment operator.
In addition to his wife, he is survived by his daughters, Lisa (Rob) Quammen, Lexington, and Lynn (Curtis) Strange, Nonesuch; his sons, Randall Perkins, Nicholasville, Rick (Donna) Perkins, Nicholasville, and Matthew Perkins, Lexington; his sisters, Brenda (Cleve) Webb, Georgetown, Shirley Atkins, Georgetown, Betty Curde, Tennessee, and brother, Donnie (Teresa) Perkins, Georgetown; his 11 grandchildren; and 10 great grandchildren.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brother, Ralph Perkins.
Private services will be held at Clark Legacy Center, Versailles Rd. Burial will follow at Sunset Memorial Gardens.
