Fred J. Leonard, 91, passed away Friday, March 20, 2020. Private services will be held.
He was born September 17, 1928, in Lincoln County, Kentucky. He retired from the Franklin Co. Road Department after serving many years as a Supervisor.
He is survived by his son, Fred A. Leonard, and many other family and friends to remember him.
Arrangements are under the direction of the Harrod Brothers Funeral Home & Crematory.
