Joyce Faye Snow, 77, wife of Ned Snow, passed away Sunday, December 20, 2020. She was born in Owenton, KY on December 9, 1943 to the late Bryant S. Osborne and Viola Keith Osborne. Joyce worked for Webster Electric.
In addition to her husband, she is survived by her sons Ricky Wainscott, Frankfort, Gary Wainscott, Owenton, and Tim (Sikitia) Snow, Frankfort; her sister Ruth Smith, Owenton; her brother Bobby Osborne, Owenton; 5 grandchildren; and 9 great grandchildren.
Public visitation will be held from 10:00am until 12:00pm on Thursday, December 24, 2020.
