William Duncan
November 6, 1937 — March 14, 2020
William “Ginnie” Duncan, 82, widower of Lillian Cox Duncan, passed away Saturday, March 14, 2020. He was born in Bourbon Co., KY to the late John Thomas Duncan and Anna Frances Barton. He retired from Pin Oak Farm. He is survived by his daughter Glenda (Stafford) Surratt, Frankfort; his sons James T. (Lynn) Duncan, Lexington, Steve R. Duncan, Frankfort; his sister Pearl E. Johnson, Frankfort; 9 grandchildren; and 11 great grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his sisters Doris Frances Cook, and Betty Jo Snow; as well as his brother John Thomas Duncan.
The family requests services be private, out of respect for the health of others due to the corona virus.
