William Smith

William Russell Smith, 76, passed away Saturday, October 3, 2020. Graveside services will be 11:00 a.m. Thursday, October 8, 2020 at Sunset Memorial Gardens.
Mr. Smith was born in Frankfort on December 20, 1943, to the late James Harrison Smith and Rosie Jane Younger Smith. He retired from the Anex Building of the Kentucky State Government.
Mr. Smith is survived by a host of family and friends who will remember him dearly.
Arrangements are under the direction of Harrod Brothers Funeral Home & Crematory.
